Jennifer Cadillo

About Jennifer

Jennifer joined Spector Foerst & Associates in 2012 to complement the real estate law section. She represents purchasers and sellers of residential and commercial properties and has successfully closed over one thousand purchase and sale transaction during her career. She specializes in representing clients in the purchase and sale of condominiums, houses, multi-family homes, and commercial buildings. She also specializes in guardianship law, representing clients who need assistance in obtaining guardianship for an elderly individual, child or individual with disabilities.

Jennifer obtained her Juris Doctorate from Widener Law School in 2011. During law school, Jennifer worked in the Harrisburg Civil Law Clinic as a Certified Legal Advocate providing pro-bono legal services. She was awarded the Distinguished Service Award in May of 2011. Jennifer also served on the Executive Board of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society and competed in various mock trial competitions.

Jennifer lives in Westfield with her husband and two daughters. She and her family enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors.  Some of her best personal accomplishments include finishing three marathons – NYC Marathon 2010 and 2013 and Berlin Marathon in 2014.
